My Order

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as you contact us within 1 hour of completing your purchase

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will have received a confirmation email that shows you the status of your order along with your delivery tracking number.

My order is missing an item?

This is very rare and we're sorry this has happened to you. Please contact us right away so we can fix it.

My order has a faulty item?

We're sorry you've received a faulty item with your order. Please contact us so that we can fix this and send a replacement.

My payment has suddenly been refund, what will happen to my order now?

There can be various reasons why we have to cancel your order and refund the purchase amount. You can safely assume that your order is no longer coming, please place another order.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Standard delivery normally takes 2-3 business days.

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours or sooner, Monday - Saturday.

Can I collect my order from your Falkirk store

Yes, please choose the Click & Collect option at checkout when placing your order.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Outside of the UK there is a higher delivery cost due to international postage costs.

Returns and Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. Read more about our full Refund Policy.

How do I return my order?

You can return your item(s) in-store or post them back to us. Please see our Returns Policy for instructions.

Can I exchange and item?

Yes, however the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the unwanted item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

I still haven't received my refund?

We're sorry if you haven't received your refund. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of your item(s) being returned to us.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been longer than 10 days please contact us

How do I create an account

How can I change my account details?

You can change your name and delivery address within your account. Once logged in go to your profile and change the required details.
